Scholarship Purpose
The Logan Henthorne Memorial Community Service Scholarship honors the legacy of Logan Henthorne, whose life reflected a deep commitment to serving others, strengthening rural communities, and leading with compassion. This scholarship supports young adults continuing their education who have demonstrated meaningful service to their community and who plan to continue giving back.
This scholarship is supported by Southwest WI Pullers and the Elroy Fair Board.

$1000 (one-time award)
Number of Awards
2 recipients will be chosen (1 graduating senior of Royall School District and 1 Elroy Fair supporter attending first year of college, tech college or apprenticeship program under the age of 20 as of January 1st the applying year)

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:

Be a Attending first year of college, technical college, or apprenticeship program and be under the age of 20 as of January 1st the year applying.

Reside in or attend school within our fair district

Demonstrate significant volunteerism, community service, or service-based leadership

Plan to pursue post-secondary education or training (college, technical school, trade program, or certification)

Minimum GPA: None required (academic effort may be considered but is not a deciding factor)
